“Roxanne and I wanted to write you a note just to tell you how much we both appreciated the love and care you and your staff gave to both to out father who was under your care for just about a year and our mother who was with you for just over two years. We know that they were sometimes a challenge while at other times they were their usual sweet selves; but whatever mood they were in, you all reacted with the same warmth and understanding that they needed. We could essentially sleep at night knowing that we did not need to worry about the fact that they were safe and secure under your care. Your care at least allowed us to focus our time with our parents on them during their last days rather than their care.”
